Adventures » Adventure Comes in Many Forms
The freedom associated with riding a motorcycle is what stokes the fire of adventure within us. The word adventure has a unique meaning for each of us. For some it’s riding hard and long, putting in the miles and slogging through adverse weather conditions with few stops except maybe for gas and/or a bathroom break. For others, it’s the opposite: those stops along the way are what they enjoy the most; to mingle with the locals and absorb the bits of history that make up this amazing country of ours. It’s the high deserts of the west, the tree-lined twisty hills of the Appalachians, and the urban landscapes of our inner cities.
Adventure is something that comes naturally to a motorcyclist. We take to the open road, grasp freedom by the handlebars and create new adventures and memories along the way. Solo or two-up, pavement or gravel, winter or summer—each ride takes us on a voyage of discovery just like our forefathers who settled this land. Riding a motorcycle embodies the same pioneer spirit that drives us to seek out what’s around the next corner or over that next mountain pass. The result is unique stories created by the experiences along the way. There is no right or wrong when it comes to adventure. You make it what you want it to be. It’s a state of mind and it comes in many forms.
