Our associates are ready to package and ship your order shortly after you place it. In fact, most orders ship within 24 business hours of them being received. All others will ship the next business day. All orders under $99 ship for just $9.95. All orders of $99 or more ship FREE.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
If you need your order even faster, you have the option to upgrade to 2nd Day Air for a modest fee. Many customers choose these options because time is money in many cases. Expedited orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the following business day.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We currently only ship to addresses inside the 48 contiguous states. We apologize for any inconvenience.
ORDER TRACKING
We stay in touch with you throughout the shipping process. When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation that will include ship date and tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for your tracking number to be activated. In the email we will estimate the arrival date and provide a link to track your package.
RETURNS
To begin a return, please fill out the form below. Only items purchased from our website, highway21.com, within 30 days of the date of purchase can be returned or exchanged. The item must be in restock-able condition (tags, stickers still on the product along with the original box and documentation).
For items not purchased on our website, please refer back to the original place of purchase for assistance with your return or exchange.
Upon receipt of a Return Authorization (RA) number, you will have 30 days to ship the item back to us. If the product is not returned within 30 days, the RA will be cancelled and no credit will be processed.
