RETURN POLICY
Only items purchased from our website, highway21.com, within 30 days of the date of purchase can be returned or exchanged. The item must be in restock-able condition (tags, stickers still on the product along with the original box and documentation). Note: All closeout items are final sales and will not be accepted for returns.

Upon receipt of a Return Authorization (RA) number, you will have 30 days to ship the item back to us. If the product is not returned within 30 days, the RA will be cancelled and no credit will be processed. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returned orders. Credits can take up to 10 business days to appear on your account.

WARRANTY POLICY
Highway 21 warrants products purchased directly from highway21.com to the original retail buyer for 2 years from the purchase date. Highway 21 heated gloves carry a 1-year limited warranty. This warranty guarantees that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, improper use, natural break down of colors/materials over time, or normal wear and tear. If there is a product defect during the warranty period due to materials or workmanship, then Highway 21 will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
